Lady Nike Shelton
B.A.D. GIRLS 4 CHRIST – BG4C
Lady Nike Ministries
Evangelist Morenike (more-rah-knee-kay) Shelton, affectionately known as Lady Nike (knee-kay) Shelton, hails from Boston, Massachusetts. She is the devoted wife of nearly fifteen years to her husband and greatest supporter, Senior Pastor, Superintendent Eric Shelton of Living Elevated Church in Brockton, MA. She is the cherished daughter of two loving parents and a
beloved mother-in-love, sharing a rich family legacy as one of six siblings by birth and four by marriage.
God has blessed her with an entrepreneurial spirit as she operates her own Kingdom-centered law practice—a God-given firm through which she teaches the people of God the importance of planning for the inevitable: death. She firmly believes it is the will of God for every believer to have a Will, ensuring that faith is stewarded both spiritually and generationally.
Beyond the practice of law, she is the founder and visionary of B.A.D. Girls 4 Christ (BG4C)— where B.A.D. stands for Bold, Anointed, and Delivered—equipping women to walk in boldness, operate under the anointing, and live in complete deliverance. Through this movement, she merges faith, leadership, and marketplace empowerment to raise women who are not only saved, but sent.
She is the author of I Got a License to Carry, a forty-day devotional centered on producing purpose, and she leads the License to Carry Bootcamp, equipping women to carry their Godgiven assignment with clarity, discipline, and confidence. Most recently, she released Where Is My Money?, a transformative work that challenges readers to uncover not only financial stewardship, but the greater wealth of purpose and Kingdom alignment.
She serves as President of the Business and Professional Women’s Federation for the Massachusetts First Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop
Samuel B. Hogan and Mother Vernessa Fountain, and nationally as Parliamentarian of the Federation under Mother Bonnie McPeak. Most recently, she was ordained and appointed as a National Evangelist in the Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the Presiding Prelate, Bishop J. Drew Sheard and Supervisor of Women, Mother Barbara McCoo Lewis—further affirming her mandate to preach, equip, and advance the Kingdom of God on a national platform.
Above all she has accomplished and cherishes, Lady Nike treasures her highest calling as wife to Superintendent Eric Shelton and mother to Willow-Symone—her two heartbeats and her first ministry. She believes that before platforms, pulpits, or practice, God entrusted her with covenant and stewardship at home, and it is from that sacred foundation that she serves the world. She boldly acknowledges that every assignment she carries is fulfilled only through the anointing of God, as she firmly believes she has been divinely licensed to carry out His mission. Though she naturally considers herself “shy,” she accredits every achievement, opportunity, and open door to God alone—for it is in Him that she lives, moves, and has her being.
Reverend Patricia McCarty
New Northside Missionary Baptist Church
Patricia McCarty was born and raised in the small town of Moorhead, Mississippi. She was nurtured in a devout Christian family where faith was not only taught, but lived. At the tender age of twelve, she gave her life to Christ, and from that moment forward, church became her foundation—marking the beginning of a lifelong commitment to serving God and His people. From her youth through young adulthood, she faithfully worked in the church, cultivating a heart for ministry early in life.
She is a graduate of Gentry High School in Indianola, Mississippi, and continued her education at Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee. Although her formal college education was interrupted when she became a mother, she remained committed to lifelong learning, especially in the study of God’s Word.
Patricia is the proud mother of one son, Bronshay Kardell McCarty, who is also a minister of the gospel. Watching God work through his life has been one of her greatest joys and a powerful confirmation of God’s faithfulness in her own.
She has been a dedicated member of New Northside Baptist Church for the past forty-five years, which she considers her church home. At the age of forty, God called her to preach the gospel. Like many biblical servants before her, she initially ran from the call, carrying its weight for eleven years. Eventually, unable to bear the burden any longer, she surrendered—reluctantly at first, but obediently and with a willing spirit. Looking back, she is deeply grateful to God for choosing her and gives Him all the glory for what He continues to do in and through her life.
Patricia currently serves as an associate minister at New Northside Baptist Church. She is actively involved in teaching Bible study, serving as a substitute teacher wherever needed, and leading the Ministers’ Bible Study on the last Friday of each month. She is also a member of the Women’s Missionary Department and has a heart for outreach, faithfully visiting the sick and the shut-in. Wherever God calls her, she strives to be available.
She is an avid reader who loves studying God’s Word and continues to educate herself through biblical courses. The Lord has blessed her abundantly with understanding and wisdom—not for her glory, but to God be the glory. She considers herself a lifelong learner of Scripture and treasures every moment spent in the presence of the Lord, hearing, obeying, and walking in His Word. Professionally,
Patricia worked for AT&T; Communications for thirty years before retiring. For her, retirement simply meant a new assignment—working full-time on the battlefield for the Lord.
In her personal time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family. Above all, her heart’s desire is to remain obedient and available to God. Like the prophet Isaiah, she declares, “Here am I; send me” (Isaiah 6:8).
